Crystal Enhancement
You embed crystals into your body in the form of tattoos, large crystal chunks, or cyberware. These crystals give you access to new, previously inaccessible magical powers. Whether you already have access to magic or you’re as mundane as can be, you crave power and this is the most direct way of getting it. The process is incredibly invasive—and while not explicitly illegal—crystals have been known to cause health issues when put directly into one’s body.
