Mechanical Proxy
Instead of interacting with the world directly, you live vicariously through an A.V.A.T.A.R. (Adventure Via Atypical Technologically Advanced Robot). While you do have a physical form, you are either unable or unwilling to experience the world without your A.V.A.T.A.R.
While your A.V.A.T.A.R. is active, you essentially control 2 characters. First and foremost is your A.V.A.T.A.R., which goes on adventures, performs physical actions, and interacts with the majority of the world for you. Secondly is your true self, which remains at a remote location and controls all of your A.V.A.T.A.R.’s actions, as well as providing its voice and personality. Your A.V.A.T.A.R. is not conscious or sapient in any way. It only acts as an empty vessel for you to occupy from afar. The range of your control is infinite, so you can choose any location for your true self to reside—though some Complications may cause you to lose contact with your A.V.A.T.A.R.
Abilities granted by this specialisation can only be performed through the A.V.A.T.A.R. Also, your AP pool is shared between your A.V.A.T.A.R. and your true self. You must roll for Tech when performing actions through your A.V.A.T.A.R. as it is considered a machine in all aspects.
