Erelen

Erelen are native to Erelon, sharing a planet with the K’ohma and the Aeyen. The Erelan Empire has the prestige of being the longest surviving civilisation, and it claims Erelon, its moons, and many of Truoth’s satellites as part of its territory. The Erelan Empire is also one of the three major nations belonging to the Coalition of Planets, along with the Terran Republic and the T’avian Collective.

Erelen tend to look out for more primitive beings, feeling a need to teach, protect and uplift them. Their desire to help others can be sincere, though some may mistake their altruism as arrogance. Erelen live a naturalistic lifestyle, coaxing nature to fit their needs and adapting to their environment rather than senselessly exploiting resources and destroying nature.

Erelen come off as wise and caring, yet wild and overbearing. All Erelen have a slate grey skin tone tinted by either green, blue, pink, or purple. Their natural hair colours are vibrant shades of blue, green, purple, yellow, orange, and red. Erelen ears have pointed helixes which extend out several inches. All Erelen also have glowing eyes and completely obscured irises, regardless of whether they have an affinity for magic. Natural grooves run across their skin, bisecting muscle groups, including their cheekbones and temples. Stringy, muscle-like commissures span areas between the grooves, and their incisors are notably longer than most humanoids.
