Datapad
A Datapad is a mobile computing device with a touchscreen display and a rechargeable battery. Datapads have similar capabilities to computer consoles and cyberdecks, while being much more portable and easy to use. Most datapads are typically 15 cm (5.9 in) high, 7 cm (2.8 in) wide, and 8 mm (0.3 in) deep. Datapads are a mainstay in the modern era, as they are used by almost everyone to access information and communicate instantly via the NET.
Datapads also come with several built-in features depending on the model, including a flashlight which illuminates up to 15 m (50 ft), or 5 hexes or squares, in a cone in front of the user.
