The Underground

The Underground is a collection of city plates made up of the oldest, poorest, and most rundown sectors of Plumeth City. As the name suggests, the Underground is located under Plumeth City’s other city plates, and receives the least amount of sunlight, regardless of the time of day.
Most of the Underground’s residents are the poor, the destitute, and Plumeth City’s growing criminal element. The Dragoon Corps very rarely patrol the Underground, leaving the residents to fend for themselves. The Underground is always expanding to accommodate Plumeth City’s blossoming population.
