Raider Wars

Starting in 317, multiple large raider clans engaged in open warfare around the Trannoth and Taeria planetary systems. The clans had grown large over the last century from the increased number of Terrans and Terran Republic colonies in the area. As such, raiders were increasingly at odds with each other, encroaching on each other’s territories and engaging in small skirmishes over land and loot.
The Coalition of Planets and the Terran Republic do little to protect its holdings in the Trannoth and Taeria planetary systems, leaving colonists and other residents to fend for themselves as war erupts around them.
These so-called Raider Wars ended in 319 with no clear winner.
