Intel represents an individual’s ability to determine the strengths and weaknesses of others around them, as well as their ability to exploit that knowledge to their advantage. You gain intel through abilities and boons. You can trade in relevant intel at any time to either:

Add a die to your dice pool when interacting with a relevant target, or
Gain intuition about a relevant target without paying any XP.

You may ask the same questions you would ask when gaining intuition normally, except that the question should be geared around a target relevant to the intel you gathered.

Sample Intel Intuition Questions

What happened to the target recently?
Where should I go next to find the target?
What’s the most dangerous thing about the target?
What’s the most useful thing the target can do for me?
What have I missed about the target?

Stipulations

You cannot trade in intel unless it is relevant to your target.
You can hold onto as much intel as you want.
You can only trade in a single piece of relevant intel whenever you trade in intel to add a die to your dice pool.
Intel can be freely traded with other player characters.
Intel persists through sessions.

Whenever you gain intel, add it to your inventory. Include the name of the target so you know to whom the intel applies.
