Shuttles

Shuttles are flying vehicles designed to travel in atmospheres and outer space. Their range is limited—usually the distance between a planet and its closest moon—so using one to travel between planets isn’t viable. They also do not have the ability to perform faster-than-light (FTL) travel. Shuttles don’t really have a passenger limit, but any shuttle with a passenger capacity over 100 people is impractical and should be a starship instead.
