T’avian Coffee beans are grown in Azod’s sparse tropical forests, located on the southwestern hemisphere of the planet, in one of its most biodiverse regions. T’avian coffee has unique notes and flavours, shaped by its natural terroir and sugars resulting from Azod’s intense desert environment.
T’av pride themselves on sustainable and ethical coffee farming, which a focus on ensuring that growers are treated fairly for their produce. Because it is naturally processed, T’avian coffee is sweeter, fruitier, and fuller-bodied than most other coffees. This method leaves the husk on the bean, allowing it to dry and ferment, giving the coffee an unmistakable wine-like flavour.
